Training, Week Two So...as most of you probably know from my past years entries...I am not a worker bee. I don't get excited about jobs. I don't really over apply myself to anything. I just do the job and pray not to get written up by some snarky supervisor who has it out for me. HOWEVER... This job has me so stoked I can hardly stand myself. I am studying the manual, hoping to be the number one CSR on the floor...wanting to learn the ins and outs of mortgages, escrow, taxes, mortgage insurance....payments....you name it and I am thrilled about it. We took our first "pop" test the other day and I only got 4 wrong which I feel pretty darn proud about. Also... we played "family fued" style question and answer and nobody wanted to play against me. I think I was a little over eager with the bell. All I can tell you is that I think I have made a CAREER choice. Not just another crap ass job that I'll dread going to day in and day out, but a real professional choice.
